1. General Information

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms listed below.You must be 18 years or older to commission me.I create pixel art, character art (human and furry), game assets, technical art, and NSFW artwork. I am comfortable working with NSFW and gore content within my skill range.I do not accept:
    1. Political content
    2. Hate content
    3. Extreme fetish contentYou can contact me for clarification on this.I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.Please contact me before sending any payment. Do not send money without my explicit confirmation that I have accepted your commission.

2. Payment

Payment is accepted via PayPal or Fiverr only.I work with either:
    - 100% upfront payment;
    - 50% upfront + 50% after completion.Work will not begin until the agreed payment (full or partial) has been received.I do not offer refunds.
Rush orders require an additional fee.

3. Workflow

I may work on multiple commissions at the same time.The workflow depends on the type of commission:
    - For emotes and smaller assets, I usually proceed directly to final rendering with minor revision flexibility.
    - For portraits and larger pieces, I typically provide a sketch before proceeding to the final stage.Sketches and revision rounds depend on the complexity and type of work.Minor adjustments are included within reason. However, significant changes or additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may require an extra fee.If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the commission will be considered frozen. I may return to it once the client responds, depending on my current workload.

4. Deadlines & Delivery Time

Completion time varies depending on:
    - Commission type;
    - Complexity;
    - Current workload;
    - Real-life circumstances.Estimated timeframes can be discussed individually.Deadlines are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

5. File Delivery

Final files are delivered in appropriate formats depending on the commission type:
    - Images: PNG (or other formats upon request);
    - Video/animation: GIF or MP4 (or other formats if discussed).I do not provide source/working files (such as Aseprite, PSD, Blend files) unless agreed upon in advance.

6. Copyright & Usage

All artwork created by me remains my intellectual property unless full copyright transfer has been explicitly agreed upon in advance.By default:
    - You receive the right to use the artwork for personal use.
    - Commercial use, merchandise, resale, NFT usage, AI training, or any profit-generating activity is not allowed unless previously discussed and agreed upon.I reserve the right to:
    - Publish commissioned work in my portfolio;
    - Share it on social media;
    - Use it for self-promotion.If you require the commission to remain private, this must be discussed beforehand.

7. Communication

All commission-related communication takes place via:
    - Discord
    - EmailI am generally available to communicate with clients, but response times may vary.

8. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
